Drug Rehab

Please I need answers, some things I do to someone I know is on drugs, but aid can help at all, is. Can we force the (family) in some type of rehab or influence? Please no answers and advice. It is life and death, I need your help! You might try an intervention, but if they do not want to help, can not do it.
